Terms & Conditions
Timesheets
Each team member will complete a timesheet recording actual time and activities –.
Timesheets will be provided at the end of each working week.
Payment Terms
Mobilisation Costs payable 2 weeks before commencing project.
Invoices are raised on each milestone, or if the duration is greater than 1 month at the end of a 28-day period calculated from the commencement date.
Payment within 14 days of invoice.
The Client shall give formal written notice no less than 3 days prior to the final date for payment if he has any concerns or intends to pay less than the amount invoiced, otherwise the full amount of the invoice is deemed to be due.
Complaints
HPC Ltd have a complaints procedure. Any complaint must be made in writing giving full particulars of the complaint and HPC Ltd will endeavour to respond within 14 days of receipt.
Disputes
Any complaints, errors or omissions which cannot be readily resolved between the parties will be initially referred to senior directors for agreement within 14 days.
If the matter cannot be resolved the parties may consult to refer to Mediation via the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
Suspension & Termination
Either party may give the other notice of the suspension of the services following written Notice.
Suspension may take effect if the fault is not rectified within 7 days and includes correcting errors or inaccuracies within reports or analysis or late payment of interim accounts.
